Ghost Coaching and Shadow Work

When executives move into key roles for the first time, we offer intensive coaching which supports them through the transition. A first time CEO or CFO or someone moving into another key leadership position may have all the eligible skills but not the experience in moving gracefully through the unique territory presented by the position.
