Workshops/ Intensives

Bob Bunshaft, along with his partner in Source Consulting, Alan E. Shelton, have developed workshop intensives for coaching practitioners. Beginning in the second quarter of 2012, two basic offerings will become available:

Your Personal Process: It’s All About You

A two-day experience concentrating on the practitioner at the personal level. It is impossible to coach what one has not encountered on their own.

*This course is a pre-requisite to the Coaching and Advising Workshop below.

In order to be an effective coach and advisor you must understand your own process. Your capacity to ‘hold space’ for your clients is directly reflective of where you, yourself stand. In the spirit of awakening, Alan Shelton and Bob Bunshaft expose for you, your own reactive and creative tendencies. You’ll leave this intensive understanding:

  • Your own 360 profile and how this impacts your personal & coaching style
  • Concept as a pointer to experience
  • How your unconscious patterns and conditioning show up
  • How to tame your urge ‘to do”
  • The thinking mind v. the working mind
  • Your felt sense: A practical, yet powerful application of intuition
  • How to have the courage to expose yourself and be vulnerable
  • Your preparedness for your own self-discovery
Coaching and Advising: The Art of Holding Space

A Three-Day Intuitive Intensive to help coaches understand how they can guide others in a new, experiential way.

What is the true role of executive coach and advisor? If you hold yourself to be a coach and advisor to others, are you really? Do you give your clients checkpoints or do you hold the space for them to develop? The gap between these styles can be the key to sustainable growth and change. Alan Shelton and Bob Bunshaft share with you, your own highest expression as a coach. This is an experiential three-day intensive that offers you:

  • Fundamentals and concepts of awakening
  • Silence as a tool for unfolding
  • Experiential learning, playing, and using
  • Insight on whether your personal capacity matters
  • The difference between distributing content and ‘holding space’
  • Understanding how tools integrate with holding space
  • Appreciation of the container you are
  • How to unfold your full capacity as a coach

The specific schedule for the second quarter of 2012 will be posted on March 1, 2012. The first intensives are tentatively scheduled for April 2012. If you would like to receive more information as it becomes available please register by completing the form below. We’ll make sure to be back in touch with you soon.
